UPDATE: Forget it. it's server based and is a membership club style at $147/mo or $1k a year. What does it do? You submit your content (upload). You are given a ftp style account. Then what happens is all the content is published on a blog with a feed. The feed is then subscribed to other blogs. So what happens is you upload your content whether video or otherwise. Then the feed is updated and when someone visits any of the other blogs in the "farm" you're content is seen.

The funny part is the more people in this program, the more your content get's slammed downwards. The point of the exercise is to be able to have 1,931 backlinks pointing to your content. The sites are legit and because there is constant content being fed to each, they show excellent alexa rank.

However, there are only 800 memberships, because Jason has found of course, there are limits the SEs' will tolerate when it comes to duplicate content spamming. And he has to make the money and run before the house of cars comes crashing down.

And this is exactly why I did not use Blog S*ol*ution 3.0 to set up this service two years ago. It all sounds great, until you realize all you are doing is what you can do for free anyways through F*eed B*urner. This is nothing more than paying $147 a month to have your content published on one site and because the feed is subscribed in 1930 other sites, you get backlinks.

Sounds great doesn't it? "More links, more traffic, better indexing." Wrong. These people will sell you anything as long as you'll buy it. The downfall of the human man is he thinks logically. Therefore if it sounds logical, it must be accurate and precise, and therefore "correct." Wrong! This is why God create women. To keep smell the BS in all of us and keep in check from totally shooting ourselves in the head with this type of thinking.

Reality Check: Quality links only matter. The one with the most wins in any keyword market. It is not quantity, but quality of linking. Quality is based upon the amount of ORIGINAL content OVER TIME. There are several other factors, but this one alone makes sure the above product is a sucker bet. All you will have is duplicate content on all these sites pointing back to your site. They will count, but it won't matter, because anyone with around 25 backlinks (PR7) on average, coming from original content sites will beat you every time. Page rank or not, this is how all search engine algorithms work. No one rewards you for a massive amount of backlinks coming from duplicate content sites.

The SE's will most likely call this a "Bad Neighborhood" once they see the constant repetitive pattern here and completely discount all the links coming from these sites. This is why I never followed through with this setup. It doesn't work. And neither do blog farms. Think about 80,000 pieces of repetitive content being fed across 1,931 sites every day. SE Algorithms will pick this up so fast and the game will be over. But not before the owner here pulls down around 200K or better.

I am sure they already had their exit strategy all worked out, before this went on sale. Like, " we're truly sorry about this and I have personally put you on my next scam free of charge coming out next month." Sound familiar? Be careful, Internet Marketers are actually the modern day snake oil salesmen of the mid 1800's. They rape, pillage and leave your soul lying on the ground, as they move on to the next town. In this case, a few months, a new site, a new face, a new method to rob you blind.

Stay clear of this one. Take it from someone who has worked with online casinos. For five months every day, 12 plus hours a day; I studied and consulted casinos on their algorithms. We worked with iterations of 2 to 4 TRILLION outcomes. SE algorithms are far simpler. But they do take into consideration over 600 factors before determining link quality. This above product methodology is so stupid, it will run it's course in less than two months.

In fact I'll make sure Goo**gle gets a copy of it tomorrow. We' ought to hang these jack asses at high noon for this. It's another En*ron scam. Except instead of stock, it's you credit card. Just because something works for a few weeks, doesn't make it a good idea.

I think you can see, if you at least get the free copy of A*arr*on's S*EO Book here and actually read about backlinks, you'll at least see how #$%Fing stupid this product is. If it was this easy, I would have already owned the entire web by now starting two years ago. F*aceb*ook wouldn't even be a reality. But it is and another reality is just because someone can show you results for a moment in time or a few weeks does not make it true for you. Do your self a favor. Stop believing what you read about, " I did it, these newbies did it, now you can too" type of mentality.

This is what it was set up to do. You're the fish to catch. The site and the setup are just the bait. It's a total rook. If you think this product will work, save you money and go set up about 25 blogs and see for your self. There are people out there that will swear it works. It does on keyword markets where there are very little backlinks pointing to top sites. But on high traffic keywords, it fails against any site with quality backlinks. There's a reason for this. It's to stop idiots like JAson here from doing exactly what is being sold here.

Man I have seen some idiots before, but when I actually see a seo software seller flogging a product he knows will get all the links discounted within a few months, you have to realize these are DESPERATE TIMES. And so you should read, "For Des*parate B*uyers Only." It explains how totally capitalize on these desperate times ahead spinning out info products for the "absolutely must have" buyers who will empty their last $50 they have to know what you know.

Yo9u'll make far better money doing the later and never will you be sucked in to the above.. Do some reading on seo and SE algorithms. Review seo forums and see for yourself how stupid the above idea really is.

I actually found out about this this morning from someone who was flogging this product as a "recommended" product from a seller of seo software. That's rich.

wow ur not a big fan of the traf*fic k*ahuna system eh?
have you ever seen the software that powers their backend? I am going through it now, and am not concerned about the $147, theres a 100% guarantee for refund, so at any point, i can easily ask for a refund.
if you don't know what their backend looks like, OR how this system operates, then go easy... cause from what I can tell at this point, your not bang on with your assessment/overview at all

seoagent ~ What a lot of words to say that you don't really know much about Traffic Kahuna. In fact it has been around for a while, but not for open membership. Hundreds of people, of whom I am one, have been using the core tools, which are much more than just a blog network, for the best part of a year now.
I have to say the blog tool is my favourite.

Taking just the blog tool: it is a very large and dispersed network of sites all owned by real people with a real interest in building and maintaining good quality sites, the system is based upon managing quality and is very effective.

Even if the tool package was designed to have a short life I know that my return on investment each month is very good indeed. I get results that I need and save a huge amount of time. I also get content for my sites and can, generally speaking, dominate search terms in which I am interested and nothing black hat, or that I would prefer to not be seen. If the system closed tomorrow I'd have profited hugely on each month's payment.

Does the system of tools suit everyone? Absolutely not but it does suit me and the hundreds of folk using the system. Having seen the tools over time I also know that any limit on numbers is NOT due to limitations in the use of the tools but it does enable the owners to manage support, training and development without falling foul of the issues of uncontrolled growth.

Rather than spouting off about something about which you obviously know nothing, take a look - get a credt card out and come kick the tyres. If you find that you are correct in your assumptions then get a refund. When you find you are wrong, you can still get a refund, although if you are wrong it'd be a mad thing to do. ;) At least you will be able to write in a credible manner about something that you do now know.

Come on, take a look and write a fair report based upon knowledge, not upon fear and prejudice. You can do much better for yourself than you are displaying here.

mt take on it is simple , give some time first , let see some real tests and the results of those tests then we are talking facts not opinion .

As for the guys trying to make money....thats exactly why we are here on the internet....if you have a lot of experience then perhaps their offer can look like a scam but if your a newbies and most are they will learn like the rest of us , its painful and hits your pocket but thats whats makes the world go around, if we try to stop it then no one would be able to sell on or off the internet and we would all be out of business.

    nicho,

I have read several posts by you. I really like your jaded outlook and no BS approach. Forgive me a reflective moment:

Occam's razor (paraphrased): All other things being equal, the simplest solution is the best.

    Nicho's razor: See for yourself.

    These are great BS shovels.

I subscribed to this today. To be honest, I am something of a newbie to black hat, so I could very well be a sucker. However, it was pitched as a network of decent PR blogs, each with their own niche. I've got a site with a variety of subjects, so the idea is to be able to get in-links from the targeted set of blogs, and ideally use a good percentage of the ones they have available.

One thing I'm not sure of- is once you get the links from the various blogs; is there much value to continue the monthly subscription, since how much value is really provided by getting yet another link from the same blog? I was hoping that they might push to have their content syndicated by other publishers/sites, because that would expand the sites that further broaden the sites that would have in-links to my pages.

    I guess time will tell.

I AM an affiliate for a set of tools that I use. Most of the time anything I recommend is something that I use or have used so I tend to know retty well what I am writing or talking about.
So, yes, I 'sell' the service. Since when did that make what one writes an irrelevance. You see, I am writing about stuff about which I know. Some here are writing about stuff that they know nothing. There is a difference.

When one tosses turds at a decent thing then one must expect to either get criticism for doing so, or to be smacked about a bit. So, as I can't and don't do the latter it makes sense for me to do the former.
If you can't afford to come take a look then simply accept that one day you will get your very own credit card, or your business will have grown to the point where it can support paying to use tools; but do not be surprised when people who know more than you pop up and tell you that the unfounded criticism is misplaced.

By the way, if one applies Occam's Razor then one would quickly take away the insight that it is simpler to accept that the offering from a bunch of blokes with a track record of well made and long lasting products is likely to be in the same vein than it is to suggest that all of a sudden they have decided to rook their new, future and previous clients.
    It simply makes no sense.

Portillo ~ this is how I earn my living and yes, I am subscribed to this thread - it is part of the forum software - did you not notice?

Jargrmeister ~ You can drop out and the work that you have done is not lost however site promotion is a process and, much as I'd prefer it otherwise, does not end once one has done a job once, or for a few weeks. It goes on as a part of one's business process.
The blog network is just a part of the tools you have to hand and so you are going to be expanding the reach of your sites tremendously. Of course to some degree the tools you use and how you use them will be dictated by your business strategy. For example, in one part of my business we are concerned with building a large presence in SERPS very fast but less concerned with long term results. Elsewhere we have a very different requirement and thus use the Traffic Kahuna tools in a different way.

I'd suggest hunkering down, looking at what you have and what your medium/long term needs are and setting up a plan to integrate the TK toolbox into your business. To some degree it is, at least partly, a case of seeing the potential for each of the tools so there is some video watching and PDF reading to be done. ;)

Dustybin go grab a cup of water or something your too "firrred up" LOL. Your post seem fishy, you are obviously new to BHW so you dont understand our ethos. You come in as a noob promoting a product quite heavily, so EVERYTHING you say here is taken with an extra large grain of salt, nothing personal but its just the way it is. Now I for one have no opinion on the product because I dont need it, I generate traffic very well on my own, and have private label tools made specifically for me, but when you come here defending a program against another member you should offer up some sort of proof or realistic explanation, otherwise it just looks like TrafficKahuna bots have invaded

Okay, lets start here: feeds provide duplicate content on every blog and website which subscribes to the original feed of the first blog. What is it you think I missed in this scheme of providing 1,931 duplicate content sites produced from the same feed?

One last question. How big is the foot print of 800 members submitting 100 pieces of video, podcasts, pdfs, articles, ect. each day over a month? 2.4 million pieces. Or 2.4 million feed entries (posts) take your pick. How big is your foot print now?

If you're truly into this, start publishing 100 articles, ect each day just on one website and see how far you get indexed? Did you miss the google slap of 2007 where it was written in red about "going natural with unique content?

Like I said, any one can beat these members at linkage with quality links over time. Even if you were to be responsible about using this system, others will not. They never do, and it will burn everyone in the process. Do you really think, "this is the invention I have been waiting for?" You can be real and realize the facts about search engines, or keep believing in your "dream." It's one of the traits of online buyers of Internet Marketing Schemes.

You can have all the indexed positions at number one, until someone with serious search engine optimization experience comes along, analyzes your links, finds your website, scrapes it for keywords and takes all your markets.

It's just something I have known how to do for some thirteen years. It's okay, hold on to your dream. It will only will cost you $147 a month until you wake up.

Great, I live to be wrong. I have only succeeded in business by being wrong and lucky. I learn first time around and get better. Let me know how you think above system will make you money past a year from now. One question: Why would someone expose their marketing tactics in the face of the search engines who ban such practices? Could it be, because the ride is already over, and you are picking up the check?

Let me now how all that duplicate content works out for you. The theory here is each site will possibly have varied content on it, but only if the original feed is filtered. But still, there will be duplicate content and therefore each link will be of less value.

Serioulsy, do you think feeds are the way to go with populating a site with content? Mashing feeds? Been there doe that. There's a better way. Writing original content. Post on original blog and publish feed through Feed burner. It's free and you save $147 a month. Sounds better doesn't it? Eventually, your feed is past the 2K mark for zero cost. Save you money and your heart ache. Otherwise, happy learning.

That's rich. I can do even better, I won't buy it, save the wasted time of asking for a refund, and you name me anyone you think is at the top of their game in seo. It's not a challenge. I would just like you to know, I've been here in seo since '96. So fear has nothing to do with it. SEO is a science of math, specifically mathematical patterns, know as algorithms. These are based on events. Like when one site has duplicate content, it gets a gravity rating known as, content weight.

You can argue or debate forever, but any site with original content with quality links will over time out perform these websites. I am not writing this, I am doing this. I have in my entire career, only had five keyword markets where I did not get the first indexed position in Google for original content alone. One of them was "online casinos" with 18 million links. I could do it, but it would have taken over three years. Now probably 8 years. I do this for a living. If you actually took the time to read and practice the science, you would not be promoting a very limited success using this tactic.

And why can I say this? Because I took over twelve years learning about what makes a top position and why it stays there. It's not magic, I just read more than anyone else, including the owners of this software to which I am well aware of including where they learned their ideas about seo.

But good luck with that. It works for the short term, until you leave a foot print large enough. Where were you last year in 2007 when we all found out feed content was for the "other suckers?" Know one who knows seo uses other's feeds.

That's a very good point Nicho. If you want to make some money and spare some people, here's a title for a new book you can become somewhat famous about and go on Oprah with. As well as sell on Amazon. It's called, "The Internet Kings and the suckers who got them there." lol.

Well, I have seen it again. The blind leading the blind. Case in point: The three "Thanks" you got here. For what? What in this post here did you do to warrant any thanks? A trackback? Where? I don't see one. My user name doesn't show it. Nor did I provide any links to the site in question. You must be.......(see second sentence). And no, I am not Jason. Like I said, I know seo and what works. I wouldn't even bother with a system like this. I learned this one over two years ago in 2006. In march we were all into this with blog farms and server farms and buying 600 ip addresses, ect. It costs about 20K then. It dided a year later when G*0ogles algorithms were changed to address blog farms which purposefully manipulated their algorithms. Looks like Jason is still in the dark. If in doubt go ask Matt C*utts.
