Stupid Question

I'm looking for a particular program that I've seen mentioned a couple of times in BHW, particularly in the shitlist section. It's a program for making connections between information and helps people do online research (ie about scammers etc). From memory (could be wrong) it starts with M.

Does anyone have any clue wtf I'm talking about or am I just rambling?

If anyone can point me to the software, that would be amazing!
