Can i use my CJ account on 100s of sites without having to add the sites to my CJ account? i did a test session with this new method i'm playing around with and i got allot of clicks.. Before i got elboys deep into this, i want to know if it's against their rules or something. I Emailed CJ, but i haven't got a reply yet and it's been days!

No I don't think you need to put every single site in your CJ account. The reason why you put sites in there is so when you apply for an affiliate program, they can look at your sites and see if they are a good fit for their program.

I only have like 3 sites in my CJ account but I promote their offers across a lot of other sites that I never entered into my account.

CJ do require you to list all sites driving traffic however in reality it is only when they start driving serious sales that this will be picked up.

This is not a good idea, because when we as advertisers accept you into our network it's based on what you're showing us. If you're not 100% transparent cj might not penalize you but the publishers certainly will.
