I`m another noob who just started making some extra cash online. I`ll need to start using my first stealth paypal account soon, so my question is: Can I buy stuff from online stores using my stealth account balance? (Using ebay would be nice, but its probably out of question?). If I place an order, does the store tell my address info to PP?

Most merchants that accept paypal will only ship orders to the address on file. They do this as its part of PayPals buyer/seller protection policy. You can find some shops that don't have a problem shipping to an address outside of PayPal, but more often than not you'll need to add an address to the stealth account that would work for receiving shipments. You can use mom & pa mailbox shops / UPS stores etc.

Thanks for reply.

Mailboxes are not supported in my country. Is it safe to order if the store accepts the shipping address? Paypal API doesn`t ask for address or tracking code?

If you want to play it safe, you can place the order with the normal stealth information, then call the company up and have them adjust the shipping address on their end.

That's actually surprising,I've never had problems sending orders to different addresses and my paypal is 100% verified by me.I've even had my old address on it and forgot I even had an address on it and bought a few things I've sent here to my new address.

You mean you shipped products to buyers that used a different address than the address on the PayPal account? That is risky if they file a dispute, you would need to have proof of delivery to the address on file
