Hey guys,

I ordered something from fiverr, but the seller didn't deliver so he proposed a mutual cancel.

So, my question is, how can I withdraw my money(10$) back to my paypal?I've been searching but didn't find anything.

Any help?

you can't

"Fiverr will not refund payments made for cancelled orders back to PayPal. Funds from order refunds are returned to the buyer's balance and are available for future purchases on Fiverr."

i'm not sure if you can or not, sorry..but why not just buy another gig ?
