How many of you are stuffing your doorways ?
Also, is it wise to redirect my doorway pages as soon as visitor hits them ?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I have been redirecting visitors right to affiliate page but since my SE bot I.P list is poor it usually sites only gets traffic for month or so, after that they gets deindexed.

your doorways will get deindexed fast if you use redirect

Only IP redirection is effective and only when you have a regularly updated botbase (spider IP list).
