Studying to take A+ cert. and advice?

Just wondering what the test entails, how hard it is, how often to test centers give it? Is it a monthly thing, quarterly, bi-yearly? I have all the media and such I need to pass it, but would like to hear from some people who have been through the process. Also if you have any good Videos or eBooks for A+ or Network+, please post them, I haven't found any good ones for Network+. Thanks guys.

Ive done both the A+ and the Network+ exams, im not sure about the schedules of the examinations, i done it through a training center who organization an exam date with comptia.

Basically the A+ is very very easy, it just multiple choice questions. Its very easy to study for. Here are some links to the book i studied and some previous exams.

I've taken some practice exams, they are pretty easy, but they throw some random windows stuff in there that confuses me, like which command is to partition a hard drive or some crap like that. How was the Network+? Harder I take it? Recommend any good books or training programs?
 
All i can say is study the book, its all in there, specifically the one i recommended on amazon. They same goes for the network+ it a book by the same author, there both very good and cover everything. Theres no quick way to do it, just read the books.
