Student loan affiliate/leads question

I am working on a project that is going to result in me getting student loan info. The goal isn't to gather this info but its just going to be a side effect. I've never worked in this area and I'm wondering if its better to mail this info myself as an affiliate or just better to sell off the info? Also if selling it is the better option what is going to be the least amount of info (name, email etc.) that the buyer is going to want?

I do student loan consolidation sales. Our leads come in with name, phone number, email, and how much debt they have.
