Stuck with Payoneer Card approval

I had requested Payoneer Debit Master card via Plimus referral on May 2nd and today is June23 and still my card was not approved.

I email payoneer 3 times and they only reply me once that they are going to approve my card soon but after that i never get their response.

Any suggestion or help?

well they approved my within few days and sent me a card and i use it online. may be you should try with another account or other partners like friendfinder or odesk.

yea, AFF is a good way, but GAF also, or if you have a MoneyBookers account, you can apply through them as well

and/or try to call them, their online support could be slow sometimes
