Stuck with CPA. Need general ideas.

I am scavenging through this forum for information but it has a lot and most of it is already outdated, so please don't yell at me for creating a new thread.
I am kinda lost right now because nothing I tried worked so far. But I am refusing to give up, so I would love to hear your tips and what works and what does not.
Things I tried so far:
CPA + Bing. Results: A lot of bans. Even with real name and payment information. They just don't care. Could not get a single impression.
CPA + Reddit. Ad disapproved.
CPA + BuySellAds.com. CPM is really high.
CPA + Twitter. I guess ad would be disapproved too. Did not run because I am doubting the traffic. I heard about low conversion rates.
CPA + Adwords. Click costs are insane.

Questions:
How do you tailor your offers so they would get approved?
How do you make a landing page for already simple email submit?
Why the hell everyone clenches their butthole when they see an affiliate link? (I am talking about all the paid search networks)
Please comment on any of the methods I failed at, or suggest something that could work. Or atleast where I can buy legit traffic for reasonable cost.
I watched the CPA tutorial on this forum and even the guy teaching had -ROI. Are CPA offers too saturated?
I am down to try out whatever is working, just no greasy stuff like ewhoring.

I'm really curious what you're trying to push on bing, because I push some of the dirtiest things and they don't bat an eye. For Adwords, the click costs only appear to be insane, once you run traffic the click costs get heavily discounted once your quality score comes in.

To answer one of your questions, you don't tailor your offers so that they get approved. You cloak and push the offer that has the highest epcs.

Curious, what kind of CPC/cpm does Reddit bring? I haven't even considered using it for paid traffic..

And OP, it would be hard to say without looking at your lander and campaign exactly.. it's already not working, so maybe be transparent and we could help?

Is it possible to cloak my offers without any paid software? I just don't have too much funds and I do not really understand how cloaking, masking or whatever it is works. Can you explain me that cloaking thing?

CPA + Bing = I dont know why you got banned, ive direct linked and used landing page for 4 different campaigns. No issue getting ads approved. As for "real name and payment info" i dont know what you are refering to ???
CPA + Reddit. = I havent tried it but i know people who do it on Reditt, you gta kow that platform extremley to not get banned. You also have to be very active as to not come across as a spammer.
CPA + BuySellAds.com. = Havent tried it
CPA + Twitter = Havent tried it but heard its difficult to get conversion.... etc etc
CPA + Adwords = Yes the clicks are insane, that why i suggest learning on cheaper platform then going to the big G when you know you wont waste money.

Im still learning, PM me and il try and help were i can, but i tell you CPA is steep learning curve and no one will tell you what you need to hear to suceed. Its a trial and error game.

search for Cloaking on here, there is thread that explains exactly what it is and how to do it. Some trackers can cloak links for you, Clickmagick being one of them.

Yes but i havent used them, some can be installed on a server and some are client side. Google free cpa trackers bro

Have not tried CPA+ FB ?
Results with Fb was quite good before some time for me.

CPA+Instagram?
