He can do that but i doubt that he will be able to swipe other peoples campaign coz "those other people" are mostly those big ballers who got a few things running on their "back end" that a newbie simply CAN NOT copy! I tried in my beginnings and I lost a ton of money unfortunately - but it was a learning lesson that I had to make

It would be a learning lesson that is the point you can't just copy it because you don't know what those "big ballers" are doing. They can get better deals on traffic and higher payouts from the offers. Combine that with high volume and they don't need to make the same ROI as the little guy. So if you copy them you may not make much or anything off it. But it is how you learn, you got to start somewhere.

Have you a way to geo target, means, by their IP you direct to different offer? You could send russia, hungary, poland to bongacams they pay some for that, and the west euro and us ca au to chaturbate or tubecamgirl or crackrev. To convert india brazil into money that's more difficult
You could try Linkbucks. They have those 5 second wait ads. I used to do that with a website that had tons of traffic from the Phillipenes. I don't see you making a lot more from other ads since most of your traffic is tier 3. You could also try social media, convert your visitors to Facebook fans which would give you MANY possibilities (if you want to coop on that, I know a few ways).
