Stuck to find free traffic for Survey Offer, Help please

Hi guys, I want to promote simple lead submit offers like Make Money from Surveys
but I am struggling to find the right traffic for it, I've used instagram to target some pages followers and likers but that didn't made decent conversions.
So I thought I can check bhw as I've seen lots of help and tips, I just want to know if there is some free traffic sources that convert well for them, like if there is any active twitter / instagram pages (because mostly I end up finding dead pages or low engagement rates compared to their followers numbers), or maybe some forums where there is this kind of people or maybe students that might be interested to Earn extra income from these Survey Campaigns... I am really stuck here, I've promoted sweepstakes before and I felt like they were scammy and illegal however after a few months I stopped and didn't have enough money to use paid ads to promote high rate cpa offers or sales offers, so I thought these Surveys would be easier, but after some tests which took me long, here I am.

How could I target 35+ audience on Pinterest

Yes ,when u type survey on pinterest u will see the suggested keywords. You should create boards about them and put pins in thoes boards and also see what competitors are doing.Best of luck

But I can't do follow/unfollow on pinterest so will mass posting daily grab me viewers and followers or it wont work? I've tried pinterest before with the dog training niche and posted like 10 posts a day but that just grab around 60 viewers a month!! I need help from the experts please let me know anything/method am missing dealing with this!
