Stuck on my First Amazon Site

Guys i've got a few posts that are stuck on page 2. i run it through verifySEO and i only got 8/10 because my exact match keyword is in the H1 header, WordPress does that as my post title is in the URL which automatically makes it an H1 header, is that over-optimized?

Thanks all, I now have a PBN domain and have a pretty basic question, i'm a little rusty with this. Should I link to my sites from a relevant internal page?
Homepage links used to be all the rage back in the day, perhaps both then? I'm guessing homepage links are seen as spammy these days.

Also, I just realised that the sites I want to rank are all on the same IP. Building a network to point at the same IP is a pretty bad idea right?
