Stuck in the phone verification (noobish question)

So i got my hands on follow liker 5 account yesterday, got my account banned, i think it was because i logged in instagram with FL and gramblr aswell as my phone at the same time..really stupid i know that..dont know if it was that but i think it wasnt because of my Fl settings they were rather low...Today i made a new account and now am stuck in the phone verification thing. Have used all major sites of receive sms online and none seem to work. i dont receive the sms on the sites number or instagram tells me not to use that number..

Anyone can shed some light on this please...im quite annoyed by this.

I don't think it works every time with online sms providers because those numbers are spammed to death already, use your own number or some family members, or buy number online.
 
the problem is that i already used my number in the other account ( but never received a sms for that number)and now when i try to put my personal number instagram tells me to use another number. I used one of the sms sites, and it worked out fine..now it doesnt...Will figure this out eventually
 
if i loggin from facebook, do i have to pass the phone verification captcha? or does instagram assume im valid?!
 
You will need to verify your facebook account anyways so your at the same point
 
Google voice numbers does work with IG. It is a bit of a pain to create if you aren't from the usa or have a usa phone number, but it's doable.

Should i use proxy for only 2 or 3 accounts on IG?

just logged with a facebook account and seems like i am good for now...my facebook account has a phone number attached to it dont know if thats the reason.

i log to IG from 3 diferent sources. gramblr, FL, and my android....yesterday my account was banned and i think it might be about having all 3 open and posting. not sure though.

should i clean cache of android too?
 
If you stuck in phone verification, I can surely help you. I have a lot of numbers and 100 percent working for phone verification on instagram,I tried it with myself. If you interested just PM me :)

Id really appreciate some help! I tried google voice, still instagram rejected it.

Where can you buy a number for SMS verifications? I need to verify a Tinder account and it's tough because typical pinger/googleVoice/textplus/textnow stuff doesn't work.

this happened to me today. It was on a fairly newly made account. I havnt received a sms. Its possible this might be my 6th account ive used from this IP. 5 ive heard is max, is this why im having trouble? Why are people having so much hassle with this phone verification thing? Does the number have to be saved in the profile first? So many questions! No answers! lol Thanks in advance for any advice...:)
