Stuck In 3rd/4th Any suggestions?

Sup guys, I'm currently just stuck in 3rd/4th keeps bouncing been there for weeks now! its Pharma niche, 165k exact match keyword. Any suggestions how to get that to at-least break into top 2!

For backlinks I have my own little network + im using GSA for Tier1,2 Links. All content Is unique/manual Spun and I avoid any Spammy Links. Any help would be appreciated pleaseeee

just try to analyze why they are on top of you. Just analyze their seo strength. Is there any high authority website in top 3. Are u keep building high authority backlinks. No body can help u if don't give us more details.

One thing you could do is attempt to build some actual authority to the website by creating a quality post and sharing it via social websites like reddit and seeing if it gets picked up. Its a longer-term strategy but it works.
