Stuck at the same following for a while now

hey there, i've made couple of posts in march and april wondering what to do and how to get this sorted.

so what's the issue? in february 15th i think i got shadowbanned for 2 weeks. Then, I had 22, 250 followers. My engagements were shit. Like less than 5% would see my new post and in the period of those 14days I 230+ people unfollowed me.

Currently, I'm at 23, 240 and I can't move. Like, there are weeks where I'm sitting at the same following. Literally, I had 23, 100 followers for 2 weeks. I lose 50 of them, and 55 new one follow me. And it goes in circle.

What do to? I used to gain +500-1000 every week, and right new, I get like ~50 per week, lmao

You have to put a little more effort into it, can't just expect for you to have an account, post hashtags and gain followers everyday.

How many targeted people are you following a day? if your not getting 50% FB ratio you are doing it wrong....

Find a relevant active page, go to a recent post (less than 2 hours old) and follow people who liked that post. If your account is relevant and good then you should immediately see some follow backs within a few minutes.

If not, then your targeting or account content is bad.

i did that till 10k followers and I stopped, they came to me, and now they just don't all of a sudden

I have some pages that stay the same +-10 maybe for weeks, very irritating
