stuck at 4k. need suggestions please

Hey everyone,
I am managing my personal Instagram Account since 2016.

My niche is running/trailrunning and I would consider my content as viral/ very good:


-I grew most of my followers with f/uf. (loosing most of my followers at the moment)
-I tried Fuelgroups (7-day free trial) which was my most recent try... ended up with 50 more followers in this week. (loosing the 50 followers at the moment)
- I tried once the ''fan account'' strategy with 10 fan accounts where I got about 3 followers/hour (stopped that since those accounts got blocked etc....)
-I tried IG Story Ads/Feed Ads (Not working)

posting quality content only is OBVIOUSLY not working thats why..

my only solution would be Powerlikes (i guess?).
But I am not convinced about any service online. (rip off etc...) and
i am not convinced if it would work with my personal content..
I am also not sure which service would be the best for my niche ''running''..
How can I be sure that the sellers are not rip offs?

If anyone could help me out i would be very happy..

Your content isn't exactly viral content...You have decent engagement for your posts but in terms of growth, your content isn't really for the 'mass'.

Maybe doing funny running content? Running/Cardio/Health Tips & Guides?

I would suggest 2 things - competitor analysis and value
What I mean by that is analyze the profiles of big profiles in your niche. See which type of content gets the most engagement on their pages and then try to imitate / reconstruct that.
In addition providing value is king. Now you´re showing decent pictures of you running, which is nice, but doesn´t really give people a reason to follow you. Provide value by teaching the right techniques to run / how to find the right shoes / correct warm up & cool down etc.

since I am trying to push my personal page I don't think this would be a good idea..
