Views getting "stuck" is a big myth. No video ever gets it's views "stuck". YouTube simply stops updating views in real time after 301 views. What I'm whiling to bet you did is reload your video several times, until you hit 301. Up until 301 views, youtube does not check the quality of the views and anything will count, but after 301 is when they start to check to see what is real and what is fake. When you start to get more real views, this number will increase. Until then, it will stay where it is. Do keep in mind that views do not update in real time and it can take 6-24 hours for the view count to accurately update.
