Yes, the recent tiktok update is affecting new and blackhat accounts.
It is encourage to manage account with residential proxies to secure the account from suspension.

If you run BH ads, you should use an account with a spending history and a clean proxy

yes, I'm managing 5 accounts with 5 different proxy. But manage all of them in 1 device, my friend said that it can easily get shadow banned cause TikTok has upgraded the system. So confused

BlackHat accounts are at risk. When you watch other people's accounts get banned, it doesn't always sink in until you experience it yourself.
