Hey guys,

I’m currently running Google call-only ads for multiple airline-related services. Calls are coming in, but the cost per call is on the higher side, and some calls are clearly low-intent. I’m sure there’s room to optimize both cost and call quality.

Would really appreciate some real-world tips from those who’ve worked with call-only ads, especially in competitive niches like airlines:

  • What have you done to lower CPC / cost per call?
  • How do you improve call quality and actual conversions from calls?
  • Any bidding, keyword match-type, or scheduling tweaks that worked well for you?
  • Best ways to filter junk or irrelevant calls before they reach the agent?

Looking to fine-tune these campaigns and scale safely, so any insights or experiences would be valuable.
Thanks in advance

Schedule ads only when agents are converting. And separate campaigns by service type
Your ad content/copy can also be a big factor.. Use a pre-call message to qualify

Thanks for sharing this. What do you mean by pre call msg?

Do you use an airline aggregator or are working as a third party?
