Struggling with Cloaker For FB Ads

I'm working in CPA for about one year
I used insta as my main traffic source but when i decided Get in Paid Traffic Using FB I Can't Post My CPA Offer !!

So it will be nice if someone have a good experiment in FB Ads give me some tips to solve this
