Struggling with 81 Starter .com Blogs

I have 81 starter blogs, but they aren't generating any income. What steps should I take? Is selling them a good option, or do you have any ideas on how to utilize these blogs without investing extra time? I would appreciate any suggestions.

At a time running a lot of blog is not a good idea according to my suggestion. At first you should build up one block by applying techniques. Select topic and do keyword research and provide quality content

dang, that's a lot of sites... I mean, a lot of INACTIVE sites, I think you got too greedy

Just add them all to your GSC and / or check their main keywords in rank trackers and see which one(s) show promise and try to rank those ones first. And when those generate income you can focus on the other ones...

Or, you can try to sell them all, but I don't think you can get more than $100 for each blog (if even that). You might get more if they're quality blogs (have quality content and the domain names are decent), but if your definition of "starter blog" is the same as mine I don't think you can sell them for too much.
