with 2m traffic better go direct sponsors or sell ad spots yourself bro, networks ban fast so try build direct deals or email list and monetize that way.

There are some CPA networks that works with traffic like that. With many of them you need to talk with someone directly and get a your own manager. You could sell ad spots yourself, build an email list in easier to work with markets then market through there offers(like laundering money but instead laundering dirty traffic), or sell your own products and services. If you want idea for networks then jsut go to adult sites, casino sites and see which networks are on there. I used to know a guy who was running a very large illegal movie site until he made his money then disappeared. Thats even trickier than what your doing and he made it work. Torrent networks like Pirate bay also have networks that work with them you could check out.

That's a good amount of traffic, enough to generate a decent income. Have you tried HilltopAds? They usually accept all kinds of websites and generally deliver very good results. They also offer several ad formats you can combine, from banners to pop-unders, depending on the type of ads you want to place on your site.
