Hey guys & gals,

new here and just recently found out about this community. Currently I am running a website in the sports gambling and sports statistics niche. It is doing pretty good traffic for being relatively new, seeing around 200 per day, which would be about 6k/month. That is all good and I hope to keep growing but it feels like to me that with this traffic (even if I know it isn't that large at the end of the day) the site should be raking in some cash?? For context the pages that are getting the bulk of the traffic (around 80%+) are "sport pick" related, as in predictions for games and then some that are data heavy pages that are meant to help users with gambling.

What I was doing before : had a couple of gambling affiliates and this was the way I was hoping the site would make money but this in a year has not offered me more than $5 (kid you not). Don't know if I was doing something wrong or what the deal was. Approved by Adsense but that just feels like such a volume game to me and I want to be able to make more money for the relatively low traffic I have.

What I am doing now : Decided to offer a paid "sport tipster" service that runs on Telegram and see hos this goes. Just started this, will keep you guys updated.

Anybody have had similar experiences? What did you do? Any Suggestions in general for how to start turning a profit here?

P.S if you have experience running paid telegram services and have done well there, hit me up, I would love to chat.

open to any recommendations also for what type of searches are being well monetized rn in this space

6k users a month is really. get to 100k users a month then find why you are not making money
6k users is nothing to worry about

Yeah I guess I could be pre-optimizing too much, I would just expect something even if it’s not crazy traffic. Mostly didn’t want to be doing something wrong. Thanks though

Forget the traffic. If you have decent backlinks. Accept guest posts. You will make very good money

A lot of gambling sites have affiliate programs and their programs are usually lifetime earnings of those you referred. Another thing, they usually offer special incentives to those you referred, use those incentives to get your users to register through your links. You don't even need huge users to make bank from this as some gamblers spend really good money gambling.

Give this a shot, do it well and you'd make something out of it.
