Hello everyone,
I’m currently facing a frustrating issue with my website and really need some guidance from the experienced members here.

Problem Overview:

  • My content is 100% unique, human-written, and SEO-optimized
  • Proper On-Page SEO: Titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and schema markup সব কিছু করেছি
  • Sitemap submitted and fetched successfully in Google Search Console
  • No manual penalty or security issues detected
  • Robots.txt and meta robots are fine
  • Google Search Console shows “Crawled – currently not indexed” for many posts
  • Even older posts (2+ months) are not getting indexed
  • No backlinks yet, but I'm trying to build some slowly
  • Hosting is decent and the website speed is okay
  • Using Rank Math for SEO

আমি বিভিন্ন পদ্ধতি ট্রাই করেছি, যেমন:

  • Manual indexing request
  • Updating content with slight changes
  • Internal linking to non-indexed pages
  • Social sharing
  • Ping services

কিন্তু তারপরেও index হচ্ছেনা ঠিকমতো। কিছু পেজ index হলেও 10th page এর নিচে র‍্যাঙ্ক করছে — কোন ট্রাফিক আসছে না।

Site Details (Optional but can be shared privately):
Niche: [tech]
CMS: WordPress
Theme: [Utech]
Plugins: Yoast SEO, WP Rocket, etc.

What I Need Help With:

✅ Is there something I'm missing technically?
✅ Do I need to build links first before Google treats the site seriously?
✅ Any known indexing issues going on with Google recently?
✅ Should I change the content structure or wait longer?

If any expert here has gone through this and solved it, please guide me. I’m really stuck and want to fix this the right way without doing anything spammy or black-hat.

Thank you in advance.
Any suggestions or checklists are highly appreciated.

Google Search Console is an important tool for you to monitor your site's indexing and identify potential issues.

Check Indexing: In Search Console, go to Coverage to see if there are any indexing errors. Common errors can be 404 (Not Found) or Server Errors.

Resubmit your Sitemap: If you haven't already submitted your Sitemap to Search Console, do so. This will make it easier for Google to index your site.

Check Mobile Usability: Google prioritizes mobile-friendly sites. Check the Mobile Usability section in Search Console to make sure there are no errors with the mobile interface.

I'm NO expert, so my advice might, or might not work. But given that no experts have replied yet my opinions are all you've got going on so far, so make use of them in whichever way you can / want :)

Now, about your site's situation, I'm noticing a few things that I find odd, or which I'd like to address.

First and foremost, are you using 2 SEO plugins on your site (Yoast and RankMath)??? Because if you do, you want to only keep 1 of them (whichever one you like most, but I would go with RankMath despite of having NEVER used either of them, it's just that I've heard that Yoast is slower and more outdated when it comes to the SEO tips that they offer, but they will both do their job decently well otherwise, so choose whichever one you want, just don't use both of them at once as it might be conflicting with each other, which could harm your site in the long run)

Secondly, by what you're describing (you've done everything right and yet your site is ranking nowhere), I can think of 2 scenarios which could happen (both simultaneously, or only 1 of them, I'm not sure yet):

- you're sandboxed (this usually happens when your site is fresh - which seems to be the case for you - and you operate in competitive / shady niches like gambling, movie streaming, crypto, adult, etc)

- your site has no authority (which - again - seems to be the case since you said it yourself that you've not built any links yet), in which case it's time to start building links IF everything else is on par, SEO-wise (which, again, by reading what you've posted, seems to be true)

Is there something I'm missing technically?
I don't know. Run a full site audit using software like ScreamingFrog (the paid version, however) that you like and see what it finds. Additionally, your site should be...

- clean and intuitive
- fast
- mobile friendly

So, fix some / all of these issues first if they're not done...

Do I need to build links first before Google treats the site seriously?
From what I've heard, backinks are not the most important ranking factor anymore (trust, content, social presence and brand popularity, etc seems to take the spotlight these days).

But since / if you've done everything right and you're still not ranking, it means that it's either sandbox, like I said earlier, in which case there's nothing you can do to get out of it until at least 3-12 months will have passed, but the trick is that if you don't do anything for 3-12 months on your site it's possible that the sandbox extends automatically for even more months. So, despite of how frustrating this is for you to have to work on your site without seeing any results (thank Google for this scumbaggy behaviour that they force onto people) for so long, I still think it's the right thing to do when you're sandboxed, so get busy with publishing more content, building more links, advertising on social media, on UGC sites (Pinterest, Reddit, etc), doing parasite SEO, promoting your site in niche forums, etc. and hope that google will get you out of the sandbox at some point.

And if it's not the sandbox but a lack of authority, then yeah, you should start building links if everything else fails. Alternatively, if you don't want / can't afford to build links you could try to promote your site on social media, UGC sites and niche forums for a month or two and see if this has any effect on your google rankings. The worst that can happen is you get traffic in other ways (which should be your main goal anyway since google are so unreliable lately), so your effort will not go to waste if you manage to establish a few channels of non-SE traffic :)

Any known indexing issues going on with Google recently?
I think there are some, yes. I keep seeing people mentioning how google are not indexing pages from even established and "legit" websites anymore (whatever "legit" means in their assessment). So it is possible that it's a google issue too (when has never been a google issue in the last 10-15 years? :D )

Also, it's also possible that some / all of your content pages are covering keywords / topics that are closely related to each other (in intent I mean) and you've not canonicalized them properly, in which case it's possible that it confuses the idiot googlebot and - as a result of this - you won't rank any of your (conflicting) pages until you sort this out.

So, if you have 2 or more pages that cover identical (in meaning) or similar keywords / topics it's best to either canonicalize the original pages, or merge the conflicting pages together, and then 301 the URL of one of them to the other one. Something like that...

Should I change the content structure or wait longer?
you can try to change the content if you know that this is the problem. But try changing the content, not the content structure, I've never heard of content structure influencing rankings...
