Struggling for 1st page in Google Ranking

Hey everyone, I'm working in a company and took their website to 2nd page or 3rd page in google ranking even in some keywords our website is in first page but I still struggling to crack how to get all the keywords in first page. Kindly help me regarding this and please it would be helpful if any professional audit my website and say the things to alter or fix. TIA!

It's highly likely the issue lies with the content.

If you cover the topic in detail and you become expert on it (in the eyes of search engines) you will rank higher.

Quality backlinks also don't hurt usually. ;)
 
I'm gonna explain it in a simple way. For the clients page to be ranking #1 for whichever keyword(s) you're targeting, you want to figure out the searcher's intent.

You need to analyze the pages ranking #1-5 content and backlinks and compare them with your own. Because Google see's those as answering the searcher's intent.

There are multiple tools that do SEO audits, but if you're looking for someone to do most of it for you, you can always post a thread in the hire a freelancer section.

@Nj22 this is the right place to start. The only thing I'll add is, if there are some really big sites targeting your kw and they are in the niche then it is very hard to outrank something like that. Big authorities that write about everything can be outranked with more topical relevancy, but if it's a bigger player in your exact niche then you will have a harder time.
 
May be they have high search volume to the keywords, update relevant articles and share them to get organic traffic improved. It takes some time to keep the ranking stable and rising.

I've created many articles and shared those... Most of my articles are in top 3 position but still my main product pages are not securing high ranks... I tried all the stuffs but still I'm lacking somewhere.
 
Keep build quality links and also update the content related to main product. Even sometimes we can't say really what happens.

I hope you tried building links with diversified keywords that gets more link juice to the homepage, check with your back link profile as well. Use direct naked URL and generic anchors to diversify the link profile..

Try improving the authority of the main domain instead of building links for that particular keyword

There are a lot of ranking factors. You need to experiment with different things. Not everything works always.
