Strong, bold, italic, paragraph values - what are they?

Hi guys, I have one question to ask.
I've read some time ago one topic, which I can't find it right now which it was, but I do remember that it was sort of an update with 50 or so different html tags, such are bold, strong, paragraph... and each of them had value. It was sort of a chart what tag value the most, so if someone remember this and give me a hint, how to find this topic it would be really great - I've searched for many different terms and didn't find a squad.
