If I registered as a business for stripe would and got someone else to KYC it would they have to be part of the company? / would they ask?

your question is not clear, but you will need to register an individual who is a member of the registered business

yes, the person that do KYC must be Owner / Director of the company. Can't be a random person.

Yeah, setting up Stripe as a non-US resident is totally doable. You’ll need to form a US LLC, get an EIN, and open a US bank account. Once that’s sorted, Stripe usually approves without much hassle. Just make sure your website looks legit and everything matches up
