Stripes Radar is blocking pretty much all of the payments after switching to Radar Pro.

I have disabled it - but the issue persists.
Support has not been helpful.

And i can not find a way how to disable this rule.

Anyone has faced similar issues?

You can try reviewing all your radar pro rules carefully as some automatic rules remain active even after disabling the main feature contact stripe support again with specific rule IDs and request escalation they can manually remove or adjust the blocking rules.

i have disabled and asked support to remove - but no luck

Stripe Radar may block payments even if some rules are off. Adjust the block settings to allow more valid transactions while protection remains active.

Check all Radar Pro rules carefully and contact Stripe support with rule IDs to have any active blocks manually adjusted or removed

Have you tried removing the hard blocks and switching to a safer rule? Instead of automatically blocking suspicious payments, you can set them to manual review. This way, legitimate customers can still pay, while you stay protected because Stripe won’t auto-approve sketchy transactions.

How to do that? It seems that I cant manually remove the "if risk level = highest"

Just go into your Stripe dashboard and open Radar > Rules. That’s where you’ll see the built-in rules and the ones you can edit. From there you can switch anything you’re allowed to change from block to review.

2. **Look for patterns:** Are the blocked payments coming from specific countries, using certain types of cards, or at particular times? Identifying commonalities can help.

yeah but I cant disable the rule from that section.

I've seen this happen when the API integration is sending 'incomplete' metadata after the Pro switch. Make sure you're still passing the customer IP and email correctly. Also, check your 'Risk Threshold' in the dashboard—sometimes Pro sets it to 75 (aggressive) and it stays there even after you downgrade. If it's still blocking 100%, your MID is probably toasted for that specific niche.
