Stripe question

I keep getting banned from their platform because my business is considered not safe for their platform, I don’t do anything illegal, just receive money on their platform.

my question is, what type of business they consider “safe” using their platform? Yoga classes, selling baby toys or what? Im very frustrated.

they told me something like “your business is risk and we cannot support it, sorry”

Yes but my main target is Stripe. They banned my personal account and lost 4k$ for absolutely no reason, all they told me was “your business has high risk and we cannot support it” . My website and what I was selling was about instagram app for filters and a lot more with monthly payment plan.

Now my real question is, what they consider “safe business” ? Also if I try another account with business registered, you think it might last longer?

Blackhat marketing services are not safe business. It is pretty self explanatory.

Check out their Prohibited and Restricted rules and don't do those as it's simple. https://stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses

Anything at all whatsoever (even legit) to do with social media or social media platforms, is nowadays considered as "high risk" by Stripe, Paypal and other payment gateways.
Though your product or service is to do with filters for instagram (app or whatever), it may be legit : But, the fact that it is related to social media or social media platforms, Stripe, Paypal and other payment gateways, nowadays will consider it all under their "high risk" category. It is as simple as that. Solution ? Embrace crypto .... It is as simple as that.

Did you read their restricted businesses before signing up?

I’m curious if you really considered my service/app illegal or restricted business. It has absolutely nothing to do with blackhat / illegal stuff. It was just an app for filters and a few more things.

We haven’t asked for user credentials.

From my experience; nothing is safe. as soon as your revenue will increase they will start to put a close eye on your account and check every transaction.

No, because its all "AI" doing it. Nobody is checking anything manually except if the AI says so. Don't trigger it by having something wrong.

Stripe and PayPal tend to prefer smaller accounts that don't attract attention. Consider distributing your income across multiple accounts and seeking advice from someone like @Willyfish ; spread yourself to multiple small fishes so you won't get too the attention of the ones who seeking big fishes scores

Did you know that there are hundred thousands of businesses using Stripe/Paypal without issues? I have one Stripe/Paypal for my physical products business and have no issue whatsoever. They asked verification stuff, to check if this is a legitimate business and afterwards they never asked me again.

I have also made couple of backup Paypals and Stripes and other card processing, since 2 years they are unused. If you have a legitimate business, Paypal/Stripe won't hassle you.

Also, how does that help the op? He gets his accounts constantly banned, so, uhm, how would "spreading income to multiple Stripes/Paypal' help if he gets banned anyway?

I’ve read somewhere that a girl opened a stripe account and business using their service called Atlas and they still banned her. For no reason at all.
