Stripe payment gateway

Hello, how hard is to get your own stripe account if the previous one which was on your name got blocked? I want to have legal account, not stealth, so what options do i have?

As I understand, the only option for me is to register a company and create a stripe account on company, not on my personal name and surname, if i want it to be 100% legal.

Am I correct?

You won't be able to get one under your name. Especially if you passed a Selfie Verification Process which occurs after the first 1,000$ most of the times.

You need a new Company, UK, prefer a Nominee European Based and a Nominee that can provide docs.

if you're trying to circumvent their rules you're gonna get burned eventually.

you need to specify why the original account was blocked for anybody to give you a solid answer.

My own experience here
I've had several accounts banned using my real name, document and information.
The point is that there must be a time gap between the creation of these accounts...I had some accounts banned in 2020 and tried again this year and had no problems creating an account. (UK account, US account is more boring and difficult).
If you were banned a few weeks ago, forget it...I don't know the exact period, but you need to wait a few months or years to try again using your own name.
