Stripe is holding $200,000 in deposits with no explanation. I've contacted the support multiple times over the phone, email and chat. There is no pending verification for my account (last verification was 7 days ago, all documents submitted, verification completed).
Nobody knows what is going on and the support is telling me to wait.

The money I currently have can barely cover salaries, not to mention pending invoices.

The payout dates just keep getting postponed.

I understand it has to do with the spike in sales during Black Friday.

Literally, 1-2 days before BFCM I submitted an explanation, provided tracking numbers, bank statements to make sure the Stripe team would be informed of the spike in sales.

What is actually going on? Has anyone experienced this before, and if so, what can I do to make sure I receive my payouts?

That's a huge amount. I hope they pay out. I've seen cases where they declare you high risk, refund all your orders and shut down your account.

This is kinda huge amount and it seems like it is much more than your usual average transactions, even if you provide them with all of the proofs they will check it in very detailed just hope that they dont refund or all orders, yes Strip sucks for real you can not depend on them at all they are so random and resky you to consider another gateway payment.

they probably researching that cuz its huge bro

How old is the Stripe account?

Honestly, Ive had this happen to me before, delayed payout dates for weeks. Eventually it led to them doing a 6-month reserve for my account. They held all funds for 6 months before releasing anything to me. I didn't wait the 6 months, I just stopped using them and told all my clients to file chargebacks with there credit card company.

Thank you for your response, is there anything we can do or any way to directly contact a rep because we have less than 0.01% chargebacks, we provided all tracking numbers, proof everything 7 days ago

Ive spoken to reps via live chat and such. emails, everything during the process. Theyll respond the same way and whatever is going to happen to your account will. Its just a waiting game at this point.
