Square does support instant payout but it’s similar to stripe you won’t get instant payout unless your account is old and have done 100+ transactions without high disputes
 
With such a large volume of transactions, have you considered switching to a Dedicated MID (Merchant ID) through agents like DirectPayNet or PaymentCloud, or are you still relying on your Stripe account to hold the funds?
 
Negotiate with providers. At your volume ($450k+/month peaks), you can often secure improved terms, like next-day payouts, directly with a dedicated merchant account provider or by speaking to your Stripe/processor rep about adjusting your payout schedule.
