Hi, I wonder what is your guys' experience with Stripe disputes %, as well as the data Stripe risk insights provide and how to battle them better?
Here's some data:

So the numbers are for the last 12 months for a hosting/site-management/SEO/indexing/saas business.
26,547 successful payments
79 disputes/chargebacks
So 0.26% dispute rate
About 25% of these were won.
- Been on Stripe for 3-4 years, during the last 12 months the amounts of card testing and attempts of fraud have been INSANE. Lots of these are script based / automated, scammers trying sometimes hundreds of cards until one passes, I have Stripe's paid fraud prevention and a guy with a dedicated daily task to review payments but it's impossible to completely eradicate. What I am having issues with are Stripe's definitions here.
1) Stripe states this:

That said, I have contacted about 10 acquintances of mine in similar online-services businesses about chargeback fraud (all of which 100% white-hat), NONE of them have a fraudulent chargeback rate below 0.5%, looking online Software and SaaS average chargeback rate is 0.66% based on multiple sources, even retail has an average of 0.5%. So do you have an idea what is this bullsh*t data?
Does anyone have better ways to protect against financial abuse beyond Stripe's built in options?
