Hi, I'm not a US citizen but I do have a company registered in Wyoming I'm running an ecommerce business, and using Stripe.com as a payment gateway for my store Recently I face an issue with my supplier , I've sent him money and he didn't ship goods Now Stripe.com is receiving a lotof disputes of customers who didn't receive their orders I calculated, and it is around $100k of goods were not shiped I actually don't have the money, because I sent it to the supplier, and he cheated me Whats the risk? What kind of legal actions can Stripe.com take against me ? Note that I'm not from US, and I'm leaving in an Algeria

Regards

if u are on Algeria
wont be a problem
just dont ever travel to us

Are you using an alt BHW account because you don't want anyone to know who's asking this question?

Your story sounds super fishy, but either way, this is probably not the best medium to get legal advice. I would consult a lawyer.

Stripe would obviously look to collect, but who knows to what extent.

Contact the supplier. If they scammed you for over $100k+ and refuse to ship anything you should look into getting an attorney.

You forget to say where this supplier is located.
