Stripe blocking dropshipping ?

Hi,
have you ever got Stripe refusing to open an account for the following reason : Stripe can only support users with a low risk of customer disputes.

My shop is selling clothes so I don't see any problem with that and it is running on WooCommerce. I am not doing anything shady, just dropshipping. And I got no transaction so far, just opening.

And for another shop I have, clothes also, on Shopify, I didn't got blocked by them.

Anyone experienced that ?

Unfortunately, they see dropshipping as a high-risk business model and they have the grounds to think that. The heavy hitters I know, work with Stripe on a revenue hold back model. You need to fly under the radar while making money to have a chance of working out a similar deal with them.

Im not so sure but I think clothing industry is one that gets most returns and complaints, even if you have real store and not dropshipping, because people buy incorrect sizes usually.
