Stripe blocked my payments, what can I do?

I wake up and I've found this email from them

We've noticed that your website seems to sell some fairly popular brands. Before we can resume payouts to your bank account, we do need to request confirmation that your store is authorized to resell these brands.

We're really sorry about the trouble—unfortunately, a few bad actors can make for a few extra hoops for legitimate businesses to climb through. If you send us documentation confirming your authorized reseller status, we are happy to resume payouts!

We've also enabled a prompt in your Stripe dashboard[1] that will show you this message—once we're all set with this verification, we’ll go ahead and take this notice down.

the problem is that I'm dropshipping from aliexpress so I have no documentation. What should I do?

No, I have my stripe account from a couple of years.
No, it's not my first payment, I get plenty of them, almost 2-3 payments every month for the last year. nBut this popped out of nowhere, I didn't get any sales in the last week.

What are you selling?

Short term?
set up paypal? Can be done pretty swiftly and pain free

Whilst you're waiting for verification from Stripe you can also create another Stripe account under a seperate email and link it to your site - this worked for me on one of my shopify accounts.

New accounts normally take upto 14 days to be checked by Stripe so can give you a few days breathing space whilst you get s*** sorted out!

Long term?
find a payment processor that is more 'liberal' than paypal and stripe. Hint - scandi companies are pretty liberal and have high acceptance rates!

You have all the answers in your STRIPE payments:
- if you use your account for receiving small amounts of money in last years and in this year you have received different amounts
- if one or more than one of your buyers reported you to STRIPE for real or unreal things
- if you have received dirty funds in your STRIPE account from one or more than one of your buyers
Also here are many other reasons... but you can make your STRIPE account 100% active using documents (for documents you have solutions)... first of all you must to find the reason why your account isn't operational!

If you will add another STRIPE account for the same product or products ---> this isn't a solution, because you will lose money, time and also your new STRIPE account.

In your situation you have only 2 solutions:
1. you can use documents to make your old STRIPE operational
2. you must to use other providers for receiving payments

AGAIN: First of all you must to find the reason, because if you don't know the real reason your future accounts can be blocked for the same reason. More attention that some providers don't send to their customers the real reason for blocking accounts!
