I don't understand why Stripe is asking me to confirm if I have employees in US. Now I can only accept payments but I can't transfer money to a bank account. I have LLC registered and my account was approved at first but after like 2 weeks of using it, they decided that they need more information.

It's been 2 days and it seems like they are ignoring my emails right now. Has anyone had this issue before?

This is the email:

Hi Gvidas,

Thanks for signing up with Stripe! We're excited to have you on board, and just need to collect a little more information.

Specifically, in order to get your Stripe account fully up and running, we need confirmation that you have employees located in the United States.

Could you can you please confirm that you have employees located in the United States?

If you aren’t able to provide us with the necessary information within 30 days, we unfortunately will not be able to support your business.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you run into any problems with this process.

Best,

They just canceled my account apparently, they have this new rule...

You mentioned in 2013 that you https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/how-to-make-1600-in-short-period-of-time.574861/#post-5672034. That is not one of the countries that is supported by Stripe per this page: https://stripe.com/global. In your LLC paperwork, did you set up a registered agent? What state did you register your business in? Was it through a legitimate registration service/lawyer or did you use back channels to get a cheap rate?

Do you have any employees in the US? If not, and your logins have all been from a country not supported by Stripe, are you really surprised that they disabled your account? They don't select and onboard countries at random. They need to ensure that their business model does not fly in the face of national laws.

Tell them the exact information so that they cannot hurt you in any way. It works like this.

I registered LLC through myllc dot com in Wyoming. I know many dropshippers who does the same. It's probably just the matter of time until they will be banned as well.

Stripe recommended me to use Stripe Atlas next time. But I would have to register LLC in different state than Wyoming...
