Yes Stripe is known as very easiest place to be registered and banned for prohibited goods/servicies.
And simple registration does not means a simple withdrawal because you must pass manual review before first withdrawal and after 5k turnover. And all sites violating the rules will be blocked.

I have ok amount of sales but I have seen the same issue kinda when I started it, where I was at 2-3% dispute activity because of the same person using several stolen cards, luckily I contacted stripe via their chat support and got advise on how to stop most of these disputes and since then I never got an email talking about my dispute charges % being too high and I need to reduce it if I want to continue using their platform.
Also I would suggest using Stripe Radar, its so worth it as it can block possible problematic transasctions, since I turned it on I only had disputes from months ago but nothing from new payments.
I would also suggest setting up good stripe payment rules as they can really help with fraud prevention/disputes.
Finally please make sure to force 3D Secure for every payment it can really help, and its not like you get charged for enabling it, just a small hassle for certain customers being asked to verify the payment with their bank via their app or sms.

How can you keep your account with that 2.47% dispute rate, how long is your account active ? I got warning after I just get 1% , hmm then you probably have less then 100 disputes in a month ? @SpeedProxies

I had the stripe account since September and I started selling in November and yes I had way less than 100 disputes a month.
After that email I talked to stripe support and started implementing my custom stripe rules which really helped keeping disputes low, and I had like 1.57% dispute activity in April but never got an email about it I guess its because they saw my past months have been better.
