Stripe advice needed

Might be a long shot, but does anybody have an idea on how to best handle this situation?

An SAAS is being handed over from one owner to another one. There are still active subscriptions handled via Stripe.
Is there a way to transfer the subscriptions so the money flows into new hands when customers renew?

Or do we have to cancel all old subscriptions and make the customers resubscribe?

The seller should send you the tokens they will receive from Stripe. then you will be able to move the tokens to your own setup (if you have Stripe, it will be easy, if you have another provider, it might take 2 weeks). The recurring payments will continue with your own system. If you are located in EU, any provider is obliged to provide the tokens.

A token is automatically created when a card payment is used for a payment. It is a way to share information about a payment without giving the card details to the merchant.
