I've been processing payments through Stripe for about 1.5 years now, however, unfortunately my dispute rate has grown lately (about 2%).
A couple of days ago I received the dreaded mail that I have to take additional steps (such as collect customer name and address) in order to reduce the chargeback ratio after which they will reevaluate my account to see if it they want to still support it.
I'm fairly certain that they will terminate my account since my business is high risk, therefore I'm only left 5 more days to find a different payment processor.
Do anyone have any suggestions for a high risk payment processor?
I'd prefer using a middle-man merchant account (such as Stripe, Paypal etc.) rather than applying for a real merchant account.
I'm processing about 2k USD per day so PayPal stealth accounts are out of the question.
