stripcash white label

hi everyone, i recently send in a stripcash white label for approval. the portal says it has been pending for a couple weeks now. i have tried to contact my account manager aswell as sending an email to the general contact email to get an update, but knowbody has been getting back to me. im not sure what i should do at this point--- would appreciate any help from someone that has went through this process already. cheers.
