Strictly Post Engagement and No Video Views

Hello BHW!

Is there are way to post a Video or GIF and set it as PPE but not count Video Views as an engagement? Since GIF's on Facebook are considered Videos I want to maximize on likes/shares/comments rather than the views itself.
