Stricter Rule Enforcements in the Freebies/Giveaway Section

No shame but I basically live in that section, however out of 10 giveaways that I post for I only get about 1. Even less probably.

I'm not sure how this happens but most times the OP just ignores his thread. Or they don't close their thread after the first posters and people don't read the original post.

Also there needs to be threads that are from 2012/2013 being bumped up that need to be closed too.

Basically a lot of users not following the rules.

It's a good point. I'll try to sweep the section every now and then but, generally, if you see a thread like this just report it. We'll close it and the OP can get in touch with us to re-open if it's still active.

Yes, I've been lazy with the reports, but now that I know that it works - I'll be more consistent
