Streamline Instagram Phone Verification?

I have about 70 accounts running on FollowLiker at 500-700 follows a day. Unfortunately, they lock up every couple days and I need to go through the tedious process of using friends phone numbers in order to log in and verify the accounts.

To my knowledge, Instagram only allows a phone number to be used twice a week.

Does anybody know of a better alternative to manually phoning friends and asking them to screenshot verification codes?

Get a bunch of sims and a easy to use phone, change the phone numbers on the accounts. You might want to check what's causing all the PV and fix it.

Or there are sites like smspva, which offer online phone verifications.
