How do illegal Streaming Websites protect themselves from being sued? (FOUND ONE)

--It's only a website hosting and won't let me build a website like a website builder--
What can I do with it to edit my website.

Ok I found one and it's great, But it's only a webhosting and doesn't let me build a website i mean I need website builder. What can I do with it!

better if you hire someone to build your website..
or learn how to build website from wordpress if you don't want spend much money..
