i have traffic just not 20k daily hits so how can i monetize the traffic i already have is what im asking thanks

The number of ways you can monetize it are limitless. Adsense, if your niche is a high paying one, can really be banger. Monetizing with affiliate offers can help too. Having your own products or service is always preferable because your profit margins will be high.

Lock the content and make your users carry out an action to unlock the page. You'll make some money with 1/10th of that traffic, but your streaming site will die ten times as fast.
Yea i know but i want to use cpm but the one i check requires 20k daily hits so do you know any cpm offers that have no minimal requirements thanks in advance

You could try Bing Ads. I wasn't aware you needed a minimum? In fact my account does not show minimums. Though CPC is a good way to go, too, for Adsense because if you target the right keywords with your blog, clicks can be as much as $3-$10 per click. I've gotten $14 clicks before.

CPC BingAds? AdWords? - most of the big players wont accept your kind of website.. hint: copyright
My suggestion would be for you to use a CPM network and there are a lot who accepts your kind of traffic.
Pop-ups and/or Pop-Unders would be a good option for you too.
Partial-CPA type of ads does work too.
You are not locking your content. ...somethin' like just putting a banner there.
If they click and subscribe, there's a katching!

You can find them by searching the Internet for "watch free tv shows online" to see exactly what consists of their streaming lists. Just like with how PPD used to be, there are a couple popularized options that have higher quality.
Overall to monetize streaming sites get into a CPM based network or use a popunder.
In terms of content blocking, make it have a delayed clickthrough after 5 minutes and it should help keep your site alive longer with that vertical.
I honestly would put mainstream entertainment banners / trending merchandise.
