My friend offers me to sell me his script for movie streaming website he made it from 0 and also have a script for auto adding movies/tv shows so im asking as it is in foreign language it shouldn't be problem to compete will google see description of movie as a duplicate content as it is adding automatically and will it be problem to add movies with script like 1k a day

Yes, you can index and rank anywhere on any engine with what is described.

You should also watch at your competitors and see what they do and copy...

Thanks for answer they basically have a few good links from some blogs that mention them and other are mostly some spammy backlinks
