Ok this isn't exactly a method but more like an idea since I haven't tested it out yet. But it does seem possible in a way if you think about it.
1.Find out the date of a Pay Per View Event.
2.Create a quick website with a live HD stream of the event.
3.Lock the stream but instead of having them complete an offer, have them pay a small amount to unlock the HD live stream of the event.
3. Get traffic to your website in your own way.
4. If everything works out then profit?
