Without camera - definitely, I remember Nightblu3, LoL streamer was faceless for quite a while, although he still revealed his face after reaching 1M followers or subs on Youtube.
Without talking - probably not, not so entertaining for the viewers, unless you're really really good at some game.

Without talking or webcam is super hard to have any success. I would say you have a shot, in the right niche, if you're talkative with really really good mic/audio quality. Otherwise, I wouldn't bet on it unless you're already a known professional streamer or successful YouTuber.
